The service people avoid you like the plague.They do not return phone calls and are either out to lunch or on vacation.
They ordered a new door for our half bath. They called to tell us it was in. We drove all the way to Phoenix (80 miles) and were told that the service writers are not there on Saturday and did we have our old door because it was a warranty issue. If they had told us any of that information when they called it would have saved us a trip.
They just want want to sell their products and the heck with you after that.We have a lot of issues and are going to deal with the manufacturer because we can not trust them.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $5000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Customer service after the sale.
